We damaged our car while on holidays in the area and needed to have it towed for repair. This was a stressful situation as we were due to drive home soon, we were located in a rural location and we had no alternative transport. (Also our French language skills were not good, to say the least!)
Staff here were very professional during the inspection and towing. They needed to order parts and we expected it take a week for a resolution. However, the car was fixed and ready earlier than we expected. We really appreciated the professionalism and understanding of this team, they truly saved the day for us. Thank you!

BEST AVOIDED! This is the most difficult garage experience I've ever had!
My vans alternator failed. I called breakdown and was picked up. The breakdown driver diagnosed the fault as the alternator. I asked could his garage fix this, he said yes, I said great. I was taken to the garage by 12.30pm and parked on field beside the garage with no shade and in 32 degrees and with my dog. I was told my van would be seen 9am the next day. Nope. I went to see the staff and they said 12pm. Nope. So I called breakdown and they told me my van was being worked, I told them not. The garage were lying and continued to do so.
My van was finally seen at 4.30pm and quickly diagnosed as alternator. The garage did not order that part that day though, oh no, they waited until Saturday to place the order. They then took Monday off, all off them, as a holiday.
The part came in on Tuesday but the garage refused to work on the van until midday Thursday allowing me to collect at 3pm Thursday, a full 7.5 days. However they told breakdown they would and it would be ready Wednesday morning. More lies. I made my way there and they denied saying this soon I left my accusation and spent 100 on taxis unnecessarily. I have evidence that they did promise to breakdown that it would be ready at 9am Wednesday so they were simply jerking me around.
If the garage had ordered the part on Thursday I could have been on my way Saturday.
The trouble and stress caused and the cost of alternative accommodation and taxis not to mention the garage charging 2.5 times the cost on ebay for the part... All I can say is the staff and service at the garage offered me the worst garage experience ever and the disdain for me as a traveler in a foreign country in 32 degrees and with a dog is unforgivable.

Really expensive! We had a problem last December with our VW that wasn't starting, and they told us that it would cost over a thousand euros to fix it, and would take over two weeks. So we decided to tow it back to Germany instead, and we got it fixed for less than a third of that price, and much faster. Even the assessment to give us the cost estimation was expensive, something around 70-80 euros. So I really do not recommend this place. They also didn't speak any English, we had to completely rely in our roadside assistance insurance to help us communicate.
