An experience worthy of a masterclass in managing artistic ambiguity in a car garage.
The vehicle arrived after being towed and sat idle for six days at this garage.
A period clearly long enough to repeat daily:
"We'll call you back tomorrow."
Interesting concept: tomorrow never seems to arrive.
The customer ends up handling the case himself. A participatory service, no doubt.
We are told that two people are working on the vehicle.
Then, in a rare moment of candor, a mechanic explains that no one has even looked at it yet. Internal coordination and customer communication deserve some attention.
The manager then claims that the car "is driven every day."
Notably, the mileage hasn't changed.
An interesting mechanical innovation: driving without moving.
The next day, a sudden revelation:
A multitude of breakdowns appear, ever more numerous and ever more expensive.
A repair estimate exceeding €1,000 is mentioned. One might legitimately wonder how many more problems would have been discovered with a few more days.
The vehicle was eventually taken to another garage. Immediate diagnosis with a diagnostic tool:
– faulty camshaft sensors
– part costing around twenty euros
– quick repair, problem solved
A particularly memorable experience for a young person starting out in their career.
But at least one thing is certain: this garage will never again be one of our options.

We were advised to go to this garage, and it's best to avoid it! It took three weeks to get a car that ran, but the electronics were completely broken, and the part was impossible to find (it took 15 days to find it). When I called back to schedule an appointment, the owner gave us a line about how he couldn't fix it... the end result is a car that runs, sure, but nothing else works! It's always unlocked, no windows, etc...
(And don't even get me started on the poor receptionist who was completely clueless.)

The vehicle was towed to your garage and immobilized for six days; there was a complete lack of follow-up despite repeated commitments; the information regarding its handling was contradictory; the claim of daily outings was made even though the mileage remained unchanged; and then the repair estimate exceeded €1,000.
If these details do not allow you to identify the vehicle in question, they accurately illustrate the difficulties in monitoring and coordination already described in my comment.
My review is based on a real and verifiable experience.
It therefore stands.
