When I broke down more than an hour from home, the COTE garage took care of my vehicle with a simple phone call. The diagnosis and estimate were carried out very quickly. While the part was difficult to find, the garage went out of its way to find it for me and carry out the repair. In addition, the people, both on the phone and in the workshop, are very pleasant and understanding. I highly recommend them.

My battery died on the A89 exit, five minutes from the garage. I asked for jumper cables to get going again, but the answer was NO before I could even finish my question. "Call your roadside assistance, they'll ask us to come, and then I'll come." So, helpful and friendly about as friendly as a prison guard. Avoid at all costs...
