Following an accident in which I thought the car was badly damaged and for which I expected a hefty bill, the garage carried out an inspection and simply reattached the body panels, which cost me €36. It would have been easy to falsely inflate the damage. So, honesty prevailed. A second time, due to misfire problems, the other garage on the same street told us, without any further examination beyond a quick look around the parking lot, that the car was totaled (a good argument when you have a used car lot to sell and keep moving).
I'm not a mechanic, but it warranted further testing; it smelled like an ignition problem. At Poulard's garage, the tests were carried out properly, following the logic of troubleshooting (spark plug tests, cable tests, etc.). As a result, replacing the ignition coils solved the entire problem, and the car runs perfectly. Yet another testament to the mechanic's honesty.

Avoid this garage!! Real scammers! We took our car there urgently because of a brake problem. We got the car back two months later with an inflated bill from replacing parts that were still good, and the car still doesn't brake!!
Don't go there at all!

I had to have a dent in my windshield repaired. When I got my car back, my "tire" light disappeared. The pressure was faulty. Really nice! Thank you.

Prise en. Charge de la voiture très rapidement, en a peine 2 jours la panne été détectée et réparée très rapidement.. personnel aimable et a l'écoute. Très contente de cette répartition, de plus une facture correcte, rien à redire
