Good mechanics. The amusing thing is that the owner of this Citroen specialist only drives Ferrari 😉 but what matters is that the job is done and well done (considering how touchy some Citroen can be)

This garage has been servicing my 2004 Citroën since 2009 with great efficiency, despite their tight schedule. Very large parking lot with a car wash. Friendly, relaxed, and stress-free service; they listen to my needs, drive me to my vehicle inspections, and even take me home.

Je suis venue une première fois dans ce garage en mars 2025] pour une réparation , puis une seconde fois en pour signaler un bruit suspect que je n’arrivais pas à identifier. L’accueil a été globalement correct, et j’ai pu échanger avec la commerciale à propos d’une location longue durée. Elle devait me recontacter… je n’ai jamais eu la moindre nouvelle depuis mars 2025..
Ce qui m’a le plus marquée, c’est l’attitude du patron. Il est littéralement la définition même de "aimable comme une porte de chiotte". Aucune chaleur humaine, pas un sourire, pas un mot aimable, comme si chaque interaction avec un client était une corvée. C’est sidérant de voir une telle froideur dans un métier tourné vers la clientèle.

What a disappointment, we checked the oil level before taking it in, he added 2 liters of oil, it was more than the maximum and there was some everywhere in the engine, our mechanic told us there was nothing like that to change a turbo and what's more he gave us a quote for changing the turbo when we got out
