Always ready to help. I had a slow leak, they saw me quickly between appointments, and everything went smoothly. The technician agreed to repair my tire even though it was on the edge of the repairable area, while explaining that he couldn't guarantee the repair. Since my tire was 40% worn, it was really appreciated. This is the third time Euromaster has helped me, and it's after the first time that I became a customer for both my cars when I get my tires changed.

After ordering four Bridgestone Turanza tires on Allopneu, which fit my daughter's low-mileage Smart, but whose tires are cracking due to UV rays, etc., I booked a tire change at this center. Everything was fine, the order was there, but I felt the appointment was problematic... "You should have told us it was a Smart!!! Because it doesn't fit on all axles, we'll have to do it by hand, it's 34 degrees. !!! I pull out my reservation, there's the registration, the make, and the model name. I filled everything out... OK, but... we have other appointments, it's too late! I tell them I understand and that it's better to cancel. I took out error insurance and free returns... No, no, we'll do it, but with a jack and by hand! ... I'll know for next time!
