Organisations should often be judged not only on how they are when things go right, but also on how they act when things don't go quite to plan. I've recently ordered a part from Porsche Nantes and there was a little confusion around where I wanted the part sending. I must say - the response I have received today is beyond fantastic. They've been kind enough to send me the part on trust and it is on its way to now. This is something I really didn't expect and these guys have won me as a customer for life. Truly exceptional service. All I have to do now is figure out how to pay from a UK bank - which is my problem to overcome, not theirs.

I cannot recommend this garage enough, I brought my Porsche from Ireland and had a problem when I arrived in France from the ferry.
I rang them and they said come in but we can’t guarantee they could fix it the same day as I’m travelling to Spain.
I arrived and the gentleman at reception was excellent he brought it in and 5 minutes later came back and told me is was a small issue with the DPF and he had reset it for me.
He didn’t even charge me for the help, I am buying my new car in January and I will definitely be ordering my new car with this garage.
