Appointment this morning for an AdBlue anti-pollution fault. My vehicle was taken care of as soon as I arrived. The staff were competent and friendly, which more than makes up for Peugeot's reputation for all the engine problems.
The best part: being present with the technician during the diagnosis and listening to his explanations.

It's been 2 years now that the Parais garage has been taking care of my vehicle. I'm delighted with the result. Always there, always available, they always go out of their way to help us out. In addition, compared to the big garages, the prices are very reasonable and that feels good. I highly recommend them.

Deplorable customer service: I had a problem with my camper's starter in mid-July. I was told the repairs would be done within 10 days and that they would call me before doing anything. But I received no news. I had to call several times to find out the status of the repairs, knowing they were going on vacation soon. An exorbitant amount (taxed twice on the invoice), but I had no choice but to accept it since it was the starter that needed repairing!
In conclusion, I was held hostage by this company, which I absolutely do not recommend.

Delighted! I called early one morning because I had a flat tire, and they found a solution for me. Super fast service and the staff are really friendly. Honestly, they're very responsive and have a real knack for customer service...it's refreshing.

Completely unprofessional.
I've been calling for three weeks straight to get a quote.
Always a "yes, yes, I'll take care of it today or tomorrow."
In short, I've been waiting for this quote for two months, and I don't think I'll ever get it. Given the time I've had to think about it, I'd rather not deal with this garage.
