I had a problem with my clutch pedal on the road, so I called to explain and ask if someone could take a look, as I was quite worried given I had a three-hour drive home. I got an employee who started speaking to me very rudely; I didn't understand her tone or her criticisms at all. I hadn't been to that garage before, but I'll never stop there again. I drove another three kilometers and found a garage with much more courtesy!

While on holiday attending a festival in the area, I went to the garage because of a warning message on my dashboard.
I received a very warm welcome, and the mechanic, who was both friendly and efficient, quickly resolved the problem.

Very warm welcome. Service is always very efficient and accommodating. The team has helped me out many times and always finds solutions. Customers are not pressured into buying anything. I highly recommend it.

Annual service for our Zoe, a courtesy car for half a day, a full charge, and a quick clean inside. That's class. We're waiting for the new all-electric models before buying. In the meantime, we're keeping our old Espace 4, still very well maintained by Saint Hilaire, 7.1 liters per 100 km in mixed driving... It's a shame Renault doesn't offer anything in the all-electric minivan category. Watch out, the competition is definitely eyeing us...
