Excellent garage !

Avoid this agency at all costs! I'm speechless. We bought a vehicle from them five years ago, and they delivered the wrong steering wheel due to a stock shortage, promising a replacement. To this day, they haven't taken any action; every time I call, they hang up on me. I recently learned that they closed the case even though it wasn't processed. Their after-sales service and management team need a complete overhaul!

Excellent dealership! The team was very professional from start to finish. The salesperson took the time to answer all my questions and offered me a test drive with no pressure. My vehicle was delivered in impeccable condition. I highly recommend them!

I'm currently on vacation in Saint Sorline, France. The last thing you need on vacation is a broken-down car. And I'm not talking about a flat tire or anything, no, I'm talking about a check engine light that first glowed orange (repair engine), then red (turn off engine). Oh no!!! I waited two days because it was a holiday in Germany and Sporticar was unreachable, hoping it wouldn't stop. Total frustration, I'm supposed to be back in four days. That's not going to happen. I finally got through to Sporticar by phone today, and they told me to take it to the garage. "Turn off the engine?!" THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE CAR. Thanks for nothing!!! I drove to the garage. The guy there was a total idiot, looked like he was from India, and didn't speak a word of French. Anyone who's been to France knows how this can end. UNSUCCESSFUL!!! I'll just say this now, I was so wrong. And I sincerely apologize for my previous way of thinking. I entered the Peugeot dealership's showroom. A woman was sitting right by the door and greeted me warmly. Using gestures and rudimentary English, I tried to explain to her what was wrong with my car. This was very unsuccessful, not because of her efforts, but because of my own ineptitude. She led me to a colleague who slowly went through my problem with me. She looked puzzled, then said that they would have to speak with their boss, as they were actually fully booked. At least, that's how I understood it. When she returned, she explained that someone would take a look at the car, and I could wait in the waiting area. As I walked the few meters to the waiting area, I saw two young men at, or rather inside, my car. "What are they doing there?" I wondered, and went to my car. : 'What are they doing there?' : ... One of them was inside, the other had to stand outside, they had a diagnostic laptop with them, and they were checking my car. Just to clarify, from entering the building until the two of them were at my car, maybe ten minutes passed. I was speechless. Diagnosis: there's water in the diesel filter. Not good, it could mean the end of the engine. Note to self: don't fill up at independent gas stations with only a payment machine. Using a translation app, he explained what was going on. If they had a new filter, they could fix it. Then the boss came, showed me the bill, basically a written estimate, and handed it to me. The bill didn't shock me at all; I've seen much worse. With the help of another colleague, they answered my question about when the repair could be done with "NOW." I have to admit, I was speechless. I stood behind a large window overlooking the workshop. It was like open-heart surgery. They removed the filter, showed it to me, and installed a new one. They added the preventative additive, and that was it. The old filter was completely shot. Water had gotten into it, and the -15°C on the mountain didn't help. The filter was frozen solid. Estimated time: 45 minutes to an hour. Finished in 40 minutes. Let's be honest, back home I wouldn't have been able to get an appointment for at least a week. I'm so grateful to the people at this Peugeot dealership/workshop. They saved my vacation. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! If I hadn't experienced it myself, I wouldn't have believed it.
