Extremely positive experience!
Even though it was Saturday and there was no auto mechanic available, they still managed to solve our problem in just a few minutes. The staff member who helped us was incredibly kind, professional, and willing to help. In a stressful situation while traveling abroad, this level of service meant a lot to us.
Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but I would like to say thank you once again for the excellent service and great customer care. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and they try to be accomodating. I could even use one of the sales offices to do some remote work (télétravail). But maybe because it's summer. Unfortunately some equipment was broken so I could not get the suspension geometry sorted, but the car feels better after the tyre change. They are also too far from me, so it is unlikely I will need them again. Merci VW St-Jean de Maurienne Jean Lain

I arrived with a broken side mirror, and Jean-Pierre provided exceptional help, right in the middle of the holiday season. It was only a temporary repair, but he did it carefully, quickly, and with great kindness.
