It's been five months since I bought my Citroën C5 from Garage Massol.
Having had a bad experience with a dealership in the past, I've always bought from private sellers since then.
However, I immediately felt confident with Mr. Massol over the phone; he's very professional and attentive! He offered to do a video call to show me the car since I live almost five hours away from the garage.
The car was exactly as advertised.
The paperwork was pre-filled when I came to pick up the car, as were the warranty documents.
The car was in impeccable condition for the sale.
All this to say that I highly recommend this garage for buying a car!

I found a vehicle at the dealership that was available and met all my criteria. The phone calls were reassuring, and I trusted the garage. The garage is reputable and has a wide selection of vehicles. My only complaint concerns the Cirano warranties. Even with a premium warranty, some parts are not covered. In my case, two parts were defective (the front armrest and the access panel to the trunk from the rear). They are not covered by the Cirano warranty, so I will have to pay for them myself (I didn't notice them when I picked up the vehicle).
Apart from that, it's a good dealership.

I bought my car from Garage Massol last week. I had seen a vehicle for sale at their dealership. I corresponded by email with the management, who were very helpful. I came to see the car, and the following week I was able to pick it up.
The team was fantastic, offering great advice and listening to my needs. I have no regrets.
