I reserved an electric 208 500 km away with Charles Raboin, a sales consultant.
I was provided with all the information I requested throughout the reservation process.
I picked it up on site: the vehicle was exactly as I had been told.
I test-drove it, paid for it, and drove off.
The first 800 km confirmed my choice, even though two warning lights on the dashboard prompted me to consult the Peugeot dealership in Vienna.
A repair was necessary, but thanks to the precautions taken by Mr. Raboin regarding the Spoticar warranty, this work will be covered under the warranty.
All of this was explained and handled directly to me.
I was well informed, well received during the sale, and well supported after-sales service.
I consider Garage de la Comète and Mr. Raboin to be trustworthy.
I recommend them.

I came in with a problem with my car radio, and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. A special thank you to Marc.

Move on, this garage is definitely to be avoided. They replaced my car battery (€340) without my explicit consent, even though the problem was simply a turn signal that was draining the battery. Not only was the fault not resolved, but I also had to endure enormous pressure to pay this bill, which shouldn't have been my responsibility, but rather the garage where I bought my car (with a warranty). They seem more interested in making money than in solving your problems.
I'm apparently not the only one, given the other comments...
The mechanic's attitude was disrespectful, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
Lack of transparency and professionalism.

Hello, this single star has nothing to do with the professional quality of the work carried out. I have no doubt about the mechanics' skills. However, I came for a simple oil change on my Peugeot vehicle, and I ended up with a bill almost doubled thanks to unwanted maintenance costs (air filter and spark plug change). And of course, I find myself faced with a fait accompli in the evening when I return my vehicle. The saleswoman hides behind the fact that I should have consulted the maintenance booklet before coming, and that they don't have time to warn customers. Forced sale? I think we're at the limit. So, before coming to their place, remember to review your booklet carefully.

Very bad experience in this garage, our vehicle arrived on 05/14/25, we collected it 2 months later, on 07/11/2025. And if I hadn't called to ask to open the warranty file, we would certainly have extended the delays even further, without any solutions to offer us during this wait. Really disappointed!
