I came to this garage to have my car serviced. A call from the garage at 2 p.m.: the front discs and pads need to be changed. They've done 80,000 km, and the rear tires, the first mistake, they won't give me the same ones. But the worst part is, the timing belt needs to be changed. No, no, I reply, it was done at 60,000 km.
I pick up my car that evening, with a bill for €561. I pay and get in, and two faults appear on my dashboard.
One is an engine fault, the other is for under-inflated tires. I call the garage back. Come back tomorrow, we'll check it out.
The tire pressure hadn't been checked, GREAT.
The light is coming from the glow plugs, strangely, after 100 km, nothing.
But the worst part is the parts billed but not installed or the work not done.
The front and rear windshield wipers are billed. Coolant.
The bill drops to €330.
They tell me there are two major service intervals to be performed and that I need to schedule another appointment with them. I do so, but at another dealership, and my car wasn't affected by this major maintenance.

A pleasant surprise when I dropped off my vehicle. While my insurance wouldn't cover a loaner car, they offered me a brand new, beautiful Clio free of charge to tide me over while my car was being repaired. When I picked up my vehicle, I discovered the work had exceeded my expectations. The icing on the cake: my car had been cleaned inside.
In short, I highly recommend this professional.

My recent experience with the Thinat Bridge body shop was extremely disappointing. The promised repair time was far exceeded, causing significant inconvenience. Communication with the team was poor, and it was difficult to obtain accurate information on the status of the repair. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this experience and would not recommend this garage at all. 10 months to recover a vehicle!!!! Unacceptable!!! Incompetent people, avoid this garage at all costs.

I absolutely do not recommend them. My car was stuck at this garage for four months, and despite numerous follow-up calls, they made absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. To finally receive the missing part, I had to contact a dealership near me, who then searched nationwide and found a part in the Île-de-France region. Strangely enough, after this process, I was able to get my car back within a week.

Appalling... an emergency that was resolved in 5 minutes by a body shop in Olivet (thanks to Carrosserie Du Pressoir, who even helped me out for free!), but which the body shop at Pont Thinat couldn't possibly take care of before April. The front door wouldn't close, making it dangerous to drive like that... a screw to replace and it was fixed! But why bother helping someone with such a minor problem? Absolutely shameful... Customer service is clearly no longer a priority here; they've seen better days... it's a real shame...
