Our Peugeot Traveller was out of commission for about four and a half months due to a gearbox failure (a known Peugeot defect), in addition to the nearly two months it had already spent earlier in the year at the Faverges garage. The delays were long and the situation unclear. However, we would like to thank the technical and administrative teams who always took the time to respond to our inquiries.
Shortly after getting the vehicle back, new problems arose: a coolant leak, despite documentation confirming the checks performed, and the replacement of a suspension ball joint even though we had repeatedly reported a noise in that area, suspecting a ball joint or bearing issue. Peugeot checked the bearing, which was still good. Bad luck.
We are aware that these problems are not necessarily related to the initial breakdown and that it is not always possible to anticipate all mechanical issues. We simply wanted to share our experience and disappointment with the garage management, despite our patience and understanding throughout the process.
The management's response was very surprising. Their tone was unpleasant and unprofessional; we were frankly shocked by this reaction.
Judging by some of the other reviews, we are not the only ones who have experienced discourteous interactions with management.
We understand the constraints related to staff shortages, high workload, and manufacturer delays, but after nearly six months without a vehicle, we expected more respectful communication.

Absolutely avoid this garage.
A very bad experience at this Peugeot garage in Saint-Jorioz.
The employee was professional and courteous, but the manager was aggressive, disrespectful, and condescending.
I came in with an AdBlue problem on my 2015 3008, and instead of a clear explanation, I was met with a harsh tone and inappropriate remarks.
She even implied that I had already visited several garages, which is completely false.
No listening, no respect for the customer—an attitude bordering on discriminatory.
Thank goodness the young employee remained professional.
👉 Absolutely avoid this garage.
I will report the incident to Peugeot France.

I went there at the end of winter to change my winter tires. Today I realize that they never changed my tires. I didn't check when I picked the car up from the garage. So I went there (I waited a long time, by the way), I paid, and they didn't change them. Basically, I got ripped off. Avoid.
