I feel like I've FINALLY found an honest and professional garage. I dropped off a Twingo that seemed to need major repairs (in my opinion), but after the garage's diagnosis, it really wasn't much. The result was a negligible bill and a vehicle that runs perfectly! In addition, a very professional approach, explaining what was going to be done, how it worked, etc. (Yes, I'm rubbish with mechanics). It's very nice not to be taken for a wallet. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much for the welcome and efficiency 🙏

I have to remove my old review and submit a new one because the response was misleading for potential customers. The salesperson gave me a delivery date and then played dead until the day before the scheduled delivery date (I have the proof). That day, he told me the car wasn't ready at all, that they had taken care of other things because, according to them, it wasn't urgent. I am a customer, but I offered a professional solution myself to speed up delivery, without asking for a goodwill gesture (a delivery made by me). When the car was delivered, several items were missing, and I still haven't received them to this day, including the passenger compartment mat and the MOT certificate. I don't care if other customers are happy with your service; I am not, and I have every right not to be. I would be ashamed to have acted like that in your place. So I repeat, you are not professional, you are doing the least possible and if my comment does not please you, you must improve your professionalism in the future. Manipulation and lies do not work on me.

We feel ripped off! We left our car for a simple service that should have cost us €69... in the end, we got it back with an extra €20!!! because the garage took the liberty of adding a liter of oil, they said... impossible in our case, as the car is new and there's absolutely no need to add any, really very strange.... There's a note about windshield wipers on the invoice even though they're brand new... Second surprise... my husband paid (no choice, to be honest!). I called to find out more and was told that I should have mentioned it when I paid... they're not going to ask me to remove the oil from the car that I supposedly put in!!! But for that to happen, I should have exchanged it beforehand, which I didn't do, especially since my husband was there. The least you could do is inform the customer; I've never seen anything like it. No quote...surprise bill...makes you wonder if you're just charging based on who you are. We certainly won't be back, and we certainly won't be recommending you!

We received a very warm welcome and rented a van for the weekend. The van was of good quality, and the transaction was quick and easy thanks to Mr. Prato, who was extremely accommodating. We look forward to our next road trip soon!
