Our car broke down in Argeles (a town nearby) so we phoned here to see if they would take in our car. They were immediately very friendly and spoke slower for me to be able to understand better when rather stressed. We had to leave the car outside overnight as we arrived out of opening hours, but the next day they looked after us really well, changing the battery very quickly and explaining each step being taken. Very grateful indeed, highly recommended!

I was appalled by the reception I received from Mr. Belloubet's son... a crisis and remarks about the installation of an ethanol conversion kit on my 2015 Peugeot 3008. This gentleman began by telling me he didn't have the spare part, a fuel supply hose. A leak due to friction from a clamping ring, which was clearly visible to the naked eye. He then launched into a whole argument about ethanol corrosion on the hoses. Anyway, seeing that he wasn't dealing with idiots, he kept the car. The next day, I returned with the car repaired, and he made me wait 30 minutes at the entrance to the workshop. He saw me and continued chatting, smoking a cigarette if necessary, with a mechanic over an open hood. Where is customer service, politeness, and safety? Finally, he came to see me, didn't say a word, just got me to approve the invoice, and poof, he disappeared. I made my comment to a very nice and calm lady who seemed horrified by what I said. My only regret is that I dealt with Mr. Belloubet Sr., a delight of kindness and professionalism. This mechanic should learn his trade at a different dealership than the family one; it's too easy to play the know-it-all and disrespect customers. I don't plan on going back; one person ruins the work of an entire team. Mr. Belloubet has just contacted me. The exchange was calm and courteous, a discussion without any heated exchange. The incident is closed. My apologies for the misspelled name.

Hello everyone, it's often said that garages take us wherever they want. But honestly, Garage Balouet in Saint-Laurent is genuinely professional and rectified work that wasn't done properly after a service and oversights at Feu Vert, the "bread of the day" mechanics, who were unable to correctly read error codes, resulting in additional costs. Thanks again to the team at Garage Balouet. A word of advice: go to Feu Vert only for basic services. That's the answer the workshop manager at Feu Vert Claira told me. For everything else, they're not technicians, just simple mechanics.

Exceptional professionalism!!! After a hose burst on my 508, the repairs were carried out quickly despite Stellantis' delayed response to the claim. Even weeks later, they were still available and ready to help. I was in the area on vacation, and this garage allowed me to continue enjoying my trip without worrying about getting back. A huge thank you to the whole team! Highly recommended!

I went there quickly, but apart from that, I didn't find anything else positive. I asked them to reattach the front bumper of my car, and they told me it just needed to be reattached. Great, at first it seemed like it wouldn't take long and wouldn't be expensive, but frankly, I came back and they presented me with a bill for over €260 just for that. I think that's expensive. They told me, "Well, yes, that's it, it's the labor, but I was told it wouldn't be expensive." I find it expensive precisely for what it is. Of course, no one warns me about the amount, and we only find out at the end. They don't even bother to call people to let them know how much it will cost. I'm a student on a work-study program, so you understand that I don't earn millions, even though I specified this detail at the beginning. I find it shameful, and on top of that, they looked down on me and said, "Well, yes, that's it, what did you expect?" No, I thought I was dreaming when I was facing them. The women were understanding, but the man was absolutely not. I'm not going back, and of course I'm going to spread the word.
