Today we went to see an Audi A8 that looked great in the photos. We spoke to the owner on the phone to get more information about the vehicle and ask if it had been properly maintained. He was very polite and welcoming, no problem at all. However, after driving 180 km to see the car, we were completely disappointed. The photos showed it was immaculate, but in reality, it was a disaster: stains on the leather, damaged and even broken plastic trim, green mold on the interior and exterior seals, and an unpleasant musty smell when we opened the trunk. Furthermore, the car in the trunk had just been restarted with a new battery before we arrived, which I think means it hadn't been driven in a long time. Finally, we walked around the lot and noticed that most of the vehicles were in the same condition; they weren't being moved and weren't being maintained regularly. Unfortunately, I strongly advise against this garage. They should reduce the number of cars they have, display vehicles in better condition, and be more transparent than just telling people on the phone that the car is spotless. 😡😡😡😡

1 star because it couldn't be worse. They tell you you can pick up the rental in Paris, but then at the last minute ask for an extra €50 to deliver the car.
Don't rent from here; it's a scam, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.
You come to return the car in the middle of the countryside because they add an extra charge at the last minute, leaving you high and dry!!
