Since the change of ownership, the service has been disappointing, if not non-existent!
Car breakdown, just needed a 5-minute suitcase reading, response: there are other emergencies before you, of course, and luckily for them.
No effort, using the boss's words, for an old car when we needed the bottom plate, bravo, truly admirable customer approach!
Finally, a loyal customer for over 20 years with the two previous owners, now it's over, I won't set foot there again, you've lost track of two cars!!!!
No problem, you're still apparently overwhelmed, but with the non-existent responsiveness and your anti-business approach, take advantage of it, it won't last long if you don't revise your copy quickly.

A caring and attentive team with very reasonable prices!
I 100% recommend this garage and its team!
My vehicle (8 seats) didn't have an opening rear window, so they replaced the windows, which required additional work/changes (with the body shop searching for solutions and parts). This was their first job, and the result is perfect!
(Peugeot Saint Maximin had responded that this wasn't feasible!)

I had my car serviced at this garage in September 2019: very welcoming, very professional, no complaints. I went back today, May 14, 2020, because I have a small problem that should be covered under warranty (still 3 months left). The reception was quite cold, with a woman telling me they wouldn't cover my problem under warranty. She went to get a mechanic who looked at it and confirmed there was indeed a problem, but he refused to deal with the warranty. It wasn't their problem. "Go to a dealership," he told me. I was practically brushed off; the person was very unpleasant. It was night and day compared to last year's service. Avoid this place. Very disappointed. I still gave them 2 stars because of my first service; otherwise, they only deserve one. I'm going to contact Peugeot customer service. Yes, SIR!

Four positive points, essential for me:
- Less expensive than the Peugeot dealership (almost next door) in the nearby commercial area.
- Much more honest when it came to a mechanical problem requiring after-sales service on my car under warranty.
- Courteous welcome
- Clear and concise mechanical explanations.
Consequently, I recommend this dealership, which is honest with its customers. This is worth noting!
