20/21 Broken down with nothing to do but ask for help. We received a very warm welcome, but given the date, we had no choice but to abandon our vehicle. Communication difficulties caused delays, as we had to choose between having the vehicle towed or repaired. In short, after deciding to take the vehicle back without repairs, courtesy and kindness prevailed. Many thanks again to the lady and her two colleagues for their friendliness and professionalism. For now, I'm reserving my opinion. Okay, all 5 stars. If I had waited without listening to the seller, the death of my Sandero would have been covered by the warranty. I think the commercial gesture will follow and hurt my lower back...
