I bought a used car from this garage in July.
Four months later, the car was already indicating that a service was needed. So I made an appointment, which took place six months after the purchase.
During this service, I was called in to be told that the front tires were completely worn after only 10,000 km. When I pointed out that I had only recently acquired the vehicle, I was told, without any qualms, that used tires had been fitted, under the pretext that it was a used car. This was never clearly explained to me at the time of purchase. I trusted them, and I feel that this trust has been abused—especially as a woman, which I find deeply shocking and unacceptable.
Another equally serious point:
I had been assured that the service would be free of charge. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they asked me to pay the bill, claiming that "the information hadn't reached them," even though it was supposedly noted in my appointment. They had no qualms about making me pay for maintenance that should have been done when I bought the vehicle.
And that's not all: I encountered several other problems, some of which remain unresolved to this day.
Lack of transparency, broken promises, questionable practices, and no willingness to learn from them.
👉 I absolutely do not recommend this garage. Avoid it at all costs.

Truly the first garage where we don't feel ripped off! From bodywork and mechanics to parts and installation, the prices are excellent! The staff are very friendly! They keep you informed before anything happens! A really good garage where I'm happy to take my vehicles! I'm taking the time to post this because I truly believe it, and having such a good establishment makes it so reassuring to take your car there knowing they're not going to try to take advantage of you.
