A huge thank you for the quick service (low engine oil level) while we were away for the weekend. A very warm welcome, even though the car was a different make and we arrived just before the garage closed. Excellent!

Very pleasant welcome. They took care of my vehicle for an electrical problem, which was fixed the same day, and as usual, they gave it a thorough interior and exterior cleaning.

I'll be back in March for my MOT; they take care of everything, and I pick it up in the evening.

I'm extremely disappointed with the garage. It took forever for them to take our car in for service, and they didn't even offer us a loaner.
We've been using this garage for years.
They finally did a diagnostic after three days, telling us that mice had damaged the cables.
They said we had to bring the car back in mid-July for a turbo issue, without even using a diagnostic tool to identify the problem.
(How can they say it's the turbo?) 😡 We picked up our car, had it checked with the diagnostic tool, and to our surprise, there were no faults found! 😱
We'd already heard about these new managers. 🫣🤔 When there's money to be made, they shouldn't hesitate to take advantage of people...
