€177 bill for a loose fuse 😳
1.5 hours of labor to find the problem (heater fan) and run a diagnostic check. Even I, who am not a mechanic, immediately suspected the fuse, but apparently he knows his stuff!!! 😂
Furthermore, no estimate or even a call to get my approval. Two Renault dealerships I contacted were shocked by the price. A complaint has been filed with Renault France. Unless you want to get ripped off, there's absolutely no point in going to this garage.

The welcome was friendly, but the used cars were generally expensive, often above market price. It's a shame; this garage is missing out on sales by trying to sell at inflated prices. The cost of living in Alès isn't exactly high! In the end, I bought elsewhere with the same guarantees (complete timing belt replacement, 3-month warranty, etc.) but at a fair price.

Great garage. Very professional! I bought a Twingo; they had the belt replaced beforehand. My battery died a while later, and they were very understanding!
P.S.: Just to let you know, when I bought the car, there was a kind of glue all over the windshield (it came off after scraping and using window cleaner). I don't know if it's from one of your products.

When I bought a car from you, you told me it should easily last 3 years without any repairs. Since then, I've spent €1500 on repairs on a car I bought a year ago, and that was during a year of lockdown, so after only 8000 km. Your condescending attitude towards customers is very unpleasant; you're strangely much more friendly when we come to buy something. Anyway, don't worry, I wasn't planning on bringing the car back, since for every simple repair, there are three other problems. After the repair at your garage, there are other Renault garages in Alès that will be more professional.
