Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to ask questions. We arrived and they examined my partner's arteries. The doctor simply told us it was enlarged. Thanks for the brief explanation. We have to go back; I hope he'll be more willing to explain things further and answer all our questions. After all, it's our health we're talking about. The receptionist was very unpleasant.

I just learned of my primary care physician's departure without being notified... appointment slots were already limited with Dr. Allart, so my last five appointments were with his replacement (who was very good).
The new doctor who took over Dr. Allart's practice only sees on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. max.... It's difficult to get an appointment without missing classes or taking time off to see your doctor!!! I'm trying another doctor in the department, we'll see. But I'm disappointed not to have been notified....

The secretary for Ward B, who is supposed to alternate with Ward A, is unpleasant.
Avoid her negative attitude. This is unacceptable for patients with serious illnesses. She creates a barrier between the patient and the doctor.
And she also acts as the doctor, asking tons of intrusive questions despite medical confidentiality.
It's clear that she's making the decisions instead of the doctor.
If that's the case, she should change careers or be fired for gross misconduct. Avoid her.

The medical team is both very professional and particularly pleasant. They take the time and care to interact with patients, who consequently benefit from truly effective and reassuring medical monitoring.
