I went to see the available used vehicles. I received a very warm welcome from Mr. Pochon, who listened to me and showed me the vehicles. I even test drove two vehicles with him. He provided excellent explanations and was very professional while remaining friendly. The following week, I returned to the dealership and received a very warm welcome from everyone present. I went to sign the paperwork to take possession of the vehicle I had chosen. The vehicle was presented under a cover, and I was given a bottle of champagne as a gift, which is always appreciated. Mr. Pochon provided a detailed explanation. Thank you for the welcome, the service, and the professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Apart from the BIG lie from the salesperson telling me that the vehicle I was interested in was not a puretech, the rest of the dealership is serious 👍🏻. I still lost more than 60% of my investment on resale in two years because of the salesman. I will no longer buy a car from them even if maintenance-wise I have nothing to complain about.

I do not recommend them. Two disastrous experiences during my time in Saint Maurice l'Exil: an incompetent salesperson, who replaced the alternator (and even then, I had to tell them he'd only changed the battery), supposedly by an apprentice or the supervisor. The battery was installed, and I broke down 5km later.
Then I had a flat tire. They had no tires in stock that morning, and then, as if by magic, they had two in the evening. They refused to change them, even though my company has 350 Citroën vehicles under contract. They didn't even offer a loaner or a rental car. I do not recommend them and I went to the Citroën garage in Saint Claire sur Rhône, part of the Bonneton group. I was well received and taken care of properly.
I wonder how they still manage to have any customers. What is the owner doing...?

A very warm welcome, with immediate assistance from the repair shop. Once the diagnosis was completed, we were given a loaner vehicle until the next day, when we picked up our repaired vehicle. The repair was efficient and fast.
It should be noted that the welcome was excellent, with very friendly and professional staff. The reception area is very well-appointed and allows you to wait in excellent comfort if necessary.
