Stranded yesterday with an electrical problem (my car is full of electronics) and completely desperate.
The tow truck arrived in 5 minutes! And fixed the problem in 5 minutes!
In addition to being competent, this young woman, whose name I didn't even take down because I was so relieved, was incredibly kind.
