Very, very disappointed, we brought our vehicle in for a recall.
We called to make an appointment, and they said, "Okay, it's possible, it will be fixed by next week."
The days went by, but there was no news.
So we called ourselves. The electric battery needed to be replaced.
They didn't know when the battery would be available. They said it would be available indefinitely. And all this time, no one bothered to contact us.
We asked for a loaner car because we couldn't stay without a vehicle. With no loaner car available, they leave you in the lurch without a solution, wanting to keep your vehicle.
If you don't call yourself to find out, they'll never call you back.

I called this morning because my engine warning light came on. I was very well received and was even able to leave with my vehicle. The staff were very competent and friendly.

Absolutely avoid this place! They're not human beings, they're money-grabbing machines. I've been a customer for over 10 years, along with my family. I get all my repairs and servicing done there. Because of a credit card limit, I couldn't pay by card. It was a small amount, nothing extra. I offered to make a bank transfer, showing them the transaction on my phone, as I've done several times before. Again, they refused because this one wasn't immediate. I'm disabled and waiting for a kidney transplant. I showed them my disability card. It was no use. I had to leave, without my car, in the sweltering heat.
