AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!
I had my car serviced at their garage, including switching from winter to summer tires (already mounted on rims).
Two hours after leaving the garage with my car, I lost a tire on the highway on-ramp... (photo attached)
When the tow truck arrived, they checked the tires and discovered that my three other tires weren't tightened and could have come off at any moment!
I think the tow truck driver's comment sums up the situation perfectly: "You should play the lottery because if this had happened to you 100 meters further on, you wouldn't be with us anymore; the car would have rolled over."

Scam!!! When I bought a car from an elderly gentleman, I got all the maintenance invoices, most of which had been done at this garage. One day, when I took the car in to have the clutch replaced, the mechanic told me there was also a leak in the water pump and that I also had to have the entire timing belt system replaced (at 155,000 km on the odometer), even though it was supposed to have been done two and a half years prior/at 100,000 km at this garage, according to the invoice. However, when he replaced the entire timing belt system, the mechanic told me that, given the wear and tear on the parts, they had never been changed (neither the water pump nor the timing belt). It's highly likely that the garage washed its hands of this old man's money because the car didn't have many kilometers on it. But I drive 20,000 km a year, so I don't want my car to break down on me. Hoping not to uncover any more scandals, here are some supporting photos.
