Thank you to this couple of mechanics for their kindness. They took our request into account and found a solution to our problem by applying the parts warranty following repairs done by the previous owner of the garage.
They even offered me a loaner vehicle in the meantime!
Beyond the repair itself, their entire customer service deserves praise: they listened, were attentive, kind, proactive in finding solutions, and took action. A satisfied customer is a loyal customer!

A warm and friendly welcome.
Vehicle taken in for servicing + organization of the MOT at the local center.
All deadlines were met + the mechanic informed me of any issues requiring attention or special attention + a courtesy car was provided.
