I dropped off my electric Zoe for a routine service (24,601 km on the odometer), and that morning I was told the battery needed replacing (no signs of weakness until then), as well as the brake and coolant fluids. The total cost: €640. Not knowing much about cars, I agreed.
A few hours later, my tracking app alerted me: 19 km had been driven in my car, with what I would call rather unsportsmanlike driving (acceleration, cornering, etc.). No prior notification, no consent requested.
When I asked for an explanation, they initially doubted my word, despite the evidence. After checking, they finally acknowledged the 19 km, but without offering an apology. I then discovered they charged me €15 for this "test drive," without informing me, which seemed, to say the least, excessive.
In the end, I paid €590 for a low-mileage vehicle, with absolutely no transparency regarding the details of the work done, no goodwill gesture, and no consideration whatsoever. The overall attitude leaves a bitter taste.
I hope this review will encourage the garage to reconsider its practices—or at least contact me to discuss this further.
I clearly feel wronged by this lack of transparency and consideration.

YOU JUST PROVE YOUR LACK OF TRANSPARENCY! YOU REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE SERVICE HISTORY ON THE DAY I GOT IT, WHY OFFER IT ON 12/16/2025, TWO MONTHS AFTER THE EVENTS??
I accepted this work because I reported a noise coming from the brakes, a noise that is still present and which you denied knowing about to Renault Customer Relations, even though it appears at the very top of the invoice.
You are crooks, nothing more!
You don't deserve the Renault badge.

First experience in this garage for the maintenance of my vehicle and I am completely satisfied. The team is very professional, fast and does a very clean and quality job. I highly recommend!
