Shady and totally incompetent business. They don't care about (new) customers at all. I ask 4 simple questions through their chatbox and after sending a reminder they are still not able, for almost 3 days now, to answer my questions. They also don't care about the negative reviews on Google; see how they respond, totally standardized. So I also filed a complaint at MB's main website in Germany. Probably COMO doesn't care about this either but I hope MB hq does.

The sale person was not friendly and what i did not like the most ,he saw my personality he thought that i dnt money t buy mercedes lol ,thank to him i went toward jeep ,i stricly not recommend this show room ,he even told me go to check another mercedes showroom ,POOR QUALITY SERVICE FROM SALE PERSONE
