Incredibly incompetent... Or perhaps an attempted scam, take your pick. They were very responsive, which is to be expected given their disastrous reputation... The problem was the clutch master cylinder (pedal), my diagnosis was confirmed, but then, as a precaution, they suggested simply removing the gearbox and checking its condition! They proposed a major overhaul completely unrelated to the problem! I categorically refused and asked them to just replace the master cylinder... An operation that only lasted an hour after I picked up the vehicle. Back to the garage without a clutch, and the mechanic had to redo the pipework. Today there's no problem, but I'm still waiting for their apology... This garage is only good for changing brake pads, and even then...!!!

This garage agreed to take in my broken-down C4 under warranty, whereas the dealership in Montélimar refused. The only downside was the lack of a loaner car. They were available, professional, and quick to respond.

I rarely do this, but I want to say that everything was perfect, from the welcome to the recovery of my vehicle, pleasant, smiling and above all very professional people! Thanks again to the manager, Stéphane, for his kindness, as well as to his new recruit! I recommend it - go there!!!
