Glad for everyone to see that things normally go well at this garage. Which doesn't surprise me. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me at all (I must be the sad exception that proves the rule), both in terms of substance, with a vehicle immobilized for 9 months, a bill of over €7,500 for a simple head gasket (and a few other odds and ends), and ultimately a vehicle that still doesn't work! (A forensic assessment has begun) and in terms of form: a complete lack of quotes! And a "rough" exchange with Guillaume, who has forgotten what a customer is, in order, I suppose, to mask blatant incompetence with older vehicles...
And I'm not even talking about the condition I found my car in, which they must have lamentably left lying outside, and I find myself with a rusty body, a pitted hood, etc.
Completely shameful and disgraceful. To be avoided, or on modern vehicles, easy to repair, and after a proper quote!

A very pleasant and helpful service. Other garages refused to come and coldly told me to file a claim with my insurance.
After doing my weekly shopping at the Carrefour shopping center in Cormeilles, my car wouldn't start.
I called around 6:00 PM and was towed around 6:30 PM for a dead battery, and I was able to save the frozen food I had bought.
Thank you for showing such empathy in our daily lives. A great team at the Renault garage in Cormeilles, which I highly recommend.

Thank you to the Deflube garage for their responsiveness and professionalism.
Having crashed my Austral into a shopkeeper's gate, the owner showed me the minor damage under the body that could have been more serious.
At the same time, he detected engine oil seeping from the drain plug.
Many thanks to him.
Everything will be back to normal.
