Pre-inspection before the MOT. Car has 100,000 km and I drive 7,000 km per year. I arrive at AD, they tell me "I need to change these three filters every two years" without any inspection of said filters.
The only faulty thing that came up from the previous MOT (2023) was the replacement of the shock absorber covers at the next MOT (2025).
So my car is at AD, and the mechanic calls me and says, "The shock absorbers need replacing. I'm not from Marseille, but they won't pass the MOT." So I agree to replace the shock absorbers. And then I hear nothing from the mechanic. I'm at the garage to pick up my car and I look at the bill: the windshield washer fluid (which I had methodically topped up beforehand), a headlight cleaning pack (70 euros), a cabin filter (30 euros) - in short, little things that only increased the bill without a quote beforehand.

Hello,
I entrusted my vehicle to this garage for an accident. The work was of high quality and completed within the agreed timeframe, even a day ahead of the scheduled date. I am satisfied with the result.
However, I am giving it 4 stars due to an organizational issue. I had to take a day off work for my vehicle's inspection, which had been scheduled a week in advance with the garage. To my great surprise, on the agreed-upon date, I was informed that there would ultimately be no inspection that day. I was simply advised to stop by "just in case." Once there, in the reception area, the owner confirmed that there would be no inspection.
Nevertheless, thanks to the understanding of someone present, the inspection was finally carried out. This was possible after explaining that I had taken the day off specifically for this appointment scheduled the previous week.
