I left my C3 Aircross for a service on December 2, 2024. It dates from 2017. Yesterday, March 2, 2025, it "asked" me for Adblue. I called the garage this morning to find out if checking the level was part of the service during the service. Answer: No. And obviously it was not checked in the announced "check-up". I am not offered to come by to add more... I do not find that very commercial. Until now, this vehicle has been serviced once at the dealership where it was purchased in 2018 (low mileage, employee vehicle), then at the Billard garage. Never had an Adblue problem. I assume it was checked. When I left the car for a service, they were supposed to call me when it was ready, it was me who called at the end of the afternoon because there was no news. And I had to go back for the pollen filter which apparently hadn't been received (forgotten order?), so it wasn't changed during the service. I admit that it's a Peugeot garage, not Citroën, but it's still PSA and they were free to refuse to service a vehicle that wasn't a Peugeot. I bitterly miss Mr and Mrs Billard with whom everything was square. I think I'll look for another garage for the next service....

With the new owners, you have to be patient. They were supposed to call me back quickly, it's been a month and a half, and still nothing. The battery was changed three months ago, and it's already dead!

I prefer to work with small garages rather than the large GGT dealerships, but you're cutting the board you're on, gentlemen... you sent me to the big garages because you didn't want to check why my dome light wasn't coming on. You're hiding behind a lack of electronics knowledge when, in fact, it was just a loose connector during assembly... you'll have to get up to speed in any case because you're part of the network, so you represent the brand, and all the vehicles are now equipped with electronics, right? I could have entrusted you with the servicing of my 208, which is certainly electric, therefore less profitable (but also less annoying), but this time it's not a risk. I'm giving it one star because you took the trouble to look at the touchscreen for two minutes without sending me straight away.
