Rather than have to search for the item myself, the advisor searched for exactly the correct parts on my behalf. Item wasn’t in stock but arrived on time the following day with a text message confirmation as promised. Excellent service and the prices very competitive too.

The advisor who helped me gave excellent advice and didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need. He focused on understanding the real problem with my car. I'm very satisfied with their service and I recommend them.

Hello, I'm furious and extremely upset with the person who served me last Wednesday. I came to order parts for my car with a license plate. Initially, I mainly wanted a rear window mechanism, because mine is broken, and my window rolls down by itself, and in the severe weather, it's unmanageable and hellish. "But that doesn't exist, there aren't any," the very confident salesperson replied. I found this very surprising, especially in a very categorical tone. He gave me a website, anyway. Failing that, I ordered a turn signal and a fog light. I received the order the next day, very good. I went to get my parts. I opened the first package, and it wasn't the right part (a rounded fog light, while mine was flat). Disgusted, I returned the part and got a refund. I opened the second box to replace my turn signal, only to find myself with the one for phase 1, not phase 2 (even though the license plate refers to phase 2). I came back again for a refund. Meanwhile, after the fog light refund, I came across a salesperson who found the right fog light and the right turn signal in no time. And most importantly, I found that the window regulator mechanism actually existed, and that I could have ordered it to help me out. But no, to my great dismay, I found myself having to drive 700 km in the rain, the cold, having to remove my door panel in the pouring rain to reassemble and lock it. I was completely soaked, dripping with one window open to catch a cold. I'm furious with this incompetent person, whom I would have gladly scolded. Their incompetence was right: three items that could have been purchased, with a sum for AD. But, with his incompetence, he is causing the company to lose revenue and tarnish its reputation. I am truly disgusted, beyond disgusted. I experienced a real ordeal of noise for 8 hours, and more than 700km, without any solution for this damn mechanism that supposedly did not exist, with a sign in a pitiful state in front of the emergency room of a window that had fallen down, which I had to put back up in the rain and storms of Sunday, August 31, yesterday in the Landes. I drove in stress, and the most total insecurity... when incompetence comes to convey deep hatred. A mechanism is a very SERIOUS subject, but obviously not for everyone. He didn't care. In any case, I have been vaccinated, very well vaccinated. I hate the time wasted, the 4 unnecessary round trips, the waiting times, the money spent unnecessarily, and for nothing. When I returned the indicator, I explained the situation but, I think that nothing will happen obviously. I came on the advice of a mechanic. Well, I am fully prepared not to set foot there again. And I hope that my testimony will enlighten those who have lived through this very painful experience. I am furious, very furious.

Hello, we purchased an item this morning (the seller verified the part number using the vehicle's license plate). Upon our return, 80 km later, and after removing the old item from the vehicle, we realized the wrong item was available. To check with the store if the correct item was in stock, we called the number displayed, but to no avail... we were on hold for 45 minutes (with upbeat music playing) but received no answer from you. Please note that we now have another 80 km to drive to exchange the item and would appreciate a quick and straightforward response. Sincerely.
