Until my last service, there was no problem booking an appointment with the garage. This Wednesday, January 21, 2026, I wanted to book an appointment for a service and to have a mechanical problem checked on my Golf, and that's when things got complicated because Sandra, who seems to be using AI, is handling the reception. We have to repeat our request several times. They're supposed to call me back... when? Soon? (I've been waiting for the call for 3 hours). Dehumanization is eating away at our society.
I've been a customer of this garage for many years.

Mixed review:
Once again, Lucas managed to find me the perfect vehicle.
He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and unwavering patience to find THE vehicle that ticked all the boxes (model, trim, price).
The only downside was the lengthy processing time after delivery, with a rather long delay in receiving the payment for my old vehicle and the registration certificate taking a month to arrive.

I waited two months for an appointment, only for them to cancel it a week beforehand. The reason? Apparently, it was a malfunction of the artificial intelligence system used for customer service over the phone.
Since it's impossible to reach the garage by phone, I went there in person, only to be told that my 2006 car is too old to be serviced anyway. They'd known the model from the beginning. Two months wasted because of this garage's incompetence; they seem more interested in selling cars than repairing them.
(I was told the technicians were overloaded these days, but that's not what I saw there.)
