Hello, the service from the manager was terrible. I ordered a tachograph for a light vehicle, and when I received their call to pick it up, I realized upon arriving at the garage that it was a 24-volt model. I asked them to exchange it for a 12-volt one, but they told me to bring it back because they had made a mistake selling it and weren't authorized to do so. So I drove 45 minutes round trip from Ferney-Voltaire at my own expense. It's shameful not to take responsibility for your mistakes! I strongly advise against using this service.

I went there for a puncture in the trailer tire, there was an iron with a diameter of two mm they first widened the hole towards the inside (hole on the left) and then from the inside towards the outside they came out at the edge of the tread from another side (hole on the right) after which they put the patch 🤦‍♂️ result after a day as in the attached photo... in short, in addition to the professionalism and the low prices, you add a tire to be thrown away.
