Un gros problème de frein aurait pu gâcher nos vacances. Heureusement cela est arrivé proche de ce garage qui a pu nous prendre en charge très rapidement et nous prêter un véhicule. Nous permettant de continuer nos vacances le temps des 2 jours nécessaire pour la réparation.

Very satisfied with the services offered by the Briffaud garage via the AD network website for the standard maintenance of my van. The loan of an unscheduled courtesy vehicle and good advice allowed me to appreciate the welcome and professionalism of this garage.

I had a repair done at this garage in March 2023 following a road accident (about two weeks after the repair). My insurance adjuster confirmed that the air conditioning compressor hadn't been replaced (and yet I was billed for it).
Furthermore, the mechanic who did the repair and his boss, Bein, don't seem to agree on the origin of the parts supposedly replaced.
Therefore, I strongly advise caution when dealing with this garage. Their practices are clearly not always transparent (although their invoices certainly are...).
