Tesla M3. Puncture. Acoustic tyres. Visited two other tyre places and they couldn’t help. Came to these guys and they fixed it in no time. Good price and great service. Will always try here first in future.

Terrible customer service. About as helpful as a broken arm.

As soon as the car was on the lift, I immediately pointed out to the woman there that day that the foam blocks placed underneath the vehicle were incorrectly positioned and were putting pressure on the two plastic rocker panels. She replied, "We're used to it, Madam, don't worry!"
They're so used to it that both my rocker panels broke, and of course, it wasn't their fault...
In addition, some people were returning because they had their car serviced there the day before, and it was leaking oil. The conclusion was that the gasket had been overtightened and the bell housing cracked. Their car was out of commission, but luckily Point S provided a loaner!
Not recommended.

It had already been very complicated to obtain an invoice with the date of repair for my father's car (11,000 km), a disabled elderly person who had to be hospitalized urgently; the rest is overwhelming. The manager's text response when I asked to find an amicable agreement to exchange the front tires, replaced in the spring by Pneus Rome, without my father's consent, of course, for winter tires:
"The Gard department, like all French departments, does not in any way prevent, nor is it prohibited by law, driving with snow tires all year round. Having an Equiter invoice is proof of acceptance of the tires installed."
Of course, the front tire, which was not damaged, disappeared in the process, even though it would have made a good spare.
