A very professional, attentive, efficient, and, to top it all off, friendly team! A partner garage of our insurance company: they took my vehicle in for repairs, and despite a minor technical issue after I picked it up, they thoroughly investigated to find the source of the problem, disregarding any inconvenience it might cause them.
And... my vehicle was returned to me looking brand new, washed after being covered in Saharan dust. A kind gesture. THANK YOU

I wish they were better organized for minor maintenance: for 30 minutes of servicing, I don't want to leave my car all day. If you don't plan to work on my car in the first half of the day, why schedule an appointment for 8:30 a.m.? I might be asking too much, but I can't recall any service that would schedule a morning appointment when they only have staff available in the afternoon. Otherwise, it's probably fine: standard service, decent staff. I'm sorry, guys, for the two stars, but no customer wants to find out their request will be deferred to a lower priority at the end of the day when the appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. You could have at least come up with an excuse other than (my understanding of a job deemed low priority): "there are more important customers than you."
