A professional and customer-focused owner.
To give you a little background, I asked Norauto to change my spark plugs. The mechanic only changed one out of three, having difficulty changing the first one, so he returned my vehicle in that condition. The manager (at Norauto) absolutely refused to touch the other two spark plugs and sent me to a professional. No other garage wanted to work on the vehicle because Norauto had started to remove the first spark plug, EXCEPT for the owner of the QUESNEL garage, who removed the spark plugs without any problem. Competent and friendly staff. I've been servicing my vehicle here since the beginning. However, the loaner fleet needs serious refurbishment. The loaner cars are very old and not very pleasant to drive.

Impeccable welcome. I am not a customer and stopped to get an explanation about a new vehicle that was delivered to me in Paris. The gentleman who provided me with information has won a customer. He took the time and was very patient and courteous. That's becoming so rare!

The receptionist was friendly, but the mechanic didn't even know how to say hello.
He didn't take the time to look, explained that he couldn't do anything, and referred me to the dealership, even though the garage's front sign stated that it sells new cars, meaning this garage is also a Peugeot dealership.
It's a shame, especially since there weren't any other customers in the garage; taking 5 minutes wouldn't have made much difference to his day.

Garage that I called upon to change the clutch on my C4 Picasso. Very competitive prices and services, commitment to repair and deadline kept. Good listening to the request and my expectations. I will come back if necessary.
