Honest mechanics are rare these days, but he is one of them. I contacted him about a water leak through my car's sunroof, and he gave me the advice I needed to avoid a hefty bill, as the previous garage had recommended replacing the sunroof. I'll definitely be going back to this garage for a complete vehicle check-up; I know he won't invent problems just to make me pay. The woman who answers the phone is very pleasant. Don't change a thing; you have a dynamic and honest team!

I had a problem with my Polo. I took my car to this garage. The staff are friendly, and the mechanic is very efficient and effective. They fixed the problem quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a more than fair bill. I highly recommend it.

Garage Allouet is a real gem for our community. Exemplary local service with welcoming staff who take the time to explain repairs, always careful and professional work. They are a Renault dealer but also repair all brands, they also offer breakdown assistance, bodywork, and paint. Mr. Allouet and his team are passionate about their work and it shows! They also offer a replacement vehicle if needed. It's reassuring to have a local garage in Saint-Seurin. I recommend it :)

Following a breakdown on my 22-year-old Clio, this garage started the repairs before realizing that after research a part on my automatic gearbox was impossible to obtain, no longer being made. Following this, I was able to recover my incompletely repaired vehicle but without any cost knowing that the garage had incurred costs for parts and labor during this repair attempt. The return of my vehicle free of charge demonstrates great honesty because they covered the costs already incurred without discussion. I must also note that the welcome is friendly and professional. I can only recommend this garage and will provide mechanical follow-up without hesitation for my next vehicle.
