I am very disappointed and very angry.
Not only do they make fun of you, they avoid taking your calls.
Exorbitant quotes,
Repairs done haphazardly,
Windshield not glued,
Geometry
Not done and yet invoiced
Quote of €2,200 to change steering knuckles
Axial 2 front tires and 4 shock absorbers,
EUROTYRE in LAVAUR
Same repairs €1,414
and what's more, they returned the car to me cleaned.

The varnish peeled after 4 years, nothing was covered under warranty.
The varnish is flying off the doors, the wings, the hood, the 2 mirrors, rust, etc.
No goodwill gesture made. and gave me a quote of €1,800
While my insurance and deductible for a dent in the right door also take €700 into account,
WHAT A SHAME!!!

Very, very unhappy with this station. The receptionist is beyond rude. They asked to refill the air conditioning, but the work wasn't done, and they charged me €60 for giving me an unsolicited quote without warning.

I was honestly confident about taking my C4 to a Citroën garage for a quote because my electric trunk gas strut had popped out and broken the gas strut ball joint. The technician quickly inspected it and explained that the gas strut was dead and that ideally both should be replaced!
I asked him to give me a quote for just one gas strut and the ball joint, €313.36 including labor, including €278.75 for the gas strut and a ball joint at €13... Since I was in doubt, I preferred to abstain. After taking a closer look with my father, we decided to buy just one gas strut ball joint, €5! Once installed, the trunk works perfectly, well done, experts.
We are new owners in the town and I was delighted to see that a Citroën garage was 500 meters from our house. Sorry but I would never go back there that's for sure.

I came in for a diagnostic check on my Twingo, whose dashboard was flashing like a Christmas tree, and I had the incredible and pleasant surprise of not having to pay for the diagnostic scan. A huge thank you! Plus, they're very friendly. I highly recommend them.
