Satisfied with the Citroën PMS garage… in hindsight, no.
About four years ago, I had my windshield replaced there.
Recently, when I went to Carglass for another windshield replacement, a serious defect was discovered: the windshield frame was riddled with rust, and the windshield was only held in place by a few points, given the minimal amount of adhesive that had been applied.
In other words, a shoddy and potentially dangerous job, discovered far too late. I'll let everyone judge the seriousness and professionalism of this garage.

I tried to make an appointment for a quote. I couldn't get a time slot for a quote, or the time frame was too long: I was asked to leave the car that same evening without knowing when I would pick it up (it's just a quote, not a repair).

I discovered the PMS Citroën garage for the airbag recall. The secretary with great kindness and a warm and very friendly welcome helped me in the process and explained the rest of the procedure to me. And what's more, with all the extra work they responded to my request for work on the bodywork following an accident, if it was possible to do some things and they agreed to do it and I was delighted with the work done. Thank you for your professionalism, listening and your kindness to all! I recommend 👌

As a long-time customer, I highly recommend them for: the quality of their service, their excellent customer service (most recently during the airbag replacement). The friendliness of all the team members is remarkable.

Being in great difficulty with a Citroën C5 Aircross Hybrid (just leaving the Citroën garage in Tulle where it had been immobilized for 5 weeks), one evening 350 km from our home, this garage in St Symphorien d'Ozon, although busy, agreed to take us unexpectedly, with kindness and competence. A diagnosis was made quickly (which was subsequently validated) and a temporary solution found to allow us to return to Tulle the next day. He offered to take us back urgently if the next morning, we had a problem. His billing was purely symbolic (for the coolant). We returned home without any problem, to bring the vehicle back to the Citroën garage. We dream of having a garage near our home where the welcome is so friendly and the mechanic so competent.
