What can I say? Damien is a very attentive, kind, and available salesman – thank you again. However, I went in blindly to buy a car and now I have some regrets: the car wasn't fully, or rather, not properly, serviced. On the day of delivery, a control unit fell at my feet, forcing me to turn around, and Damien took care of it. The next day, a metallic noise when reversing – a trip to Renault and a small bill – yes, it's true the workshop manager said he would cover it, but when it comes to brakes, I'm not going to wait for his answer – he ultimately refused because I had paid upfront. I can understand, but damn it, the car was supposed to be in good condition... Two weeks later, the rearview mirror fell out... no solution has been found, and it doesn't seem easy to repair short of replacing the windshield. The workshop manager asked me for photos... I'm still waiting for his reply. Finally… I had to change a tire after a puncture, and during the removal, Renault discovered that the wheel had already been driven on for some time with a flat tire or was severely underinflated – the tire was completely worn down from the inside. In short, I regret my purchase and the lack of professionalism, even though the showroom seemed promising.

Thanks to Dugrillon Garage for selling me a real piece of junk... I bought it in September and it's already broken down (it's December 23rd). The DPF is completely clogged, which is causing other problems (the car is immobilized). I'm going to have the car inspected because I now have doubts about the mileage. This garage isn't very professional. The salesman is a smooth talker, trying to sell you a car. When we picked up the car, we waited two hours before even seeing it. It wasn't ready. However, the salesman was quick to get us to sign the paperwork. Another thing: during the inspection, there was a large scratch on the right door. The salesman told us that if it didn't come off, the garage would repaint it. Since it was a leased vehicle, the previous owner's insurance would cover the repair. They cleverly hid the scratch with polish, and the repair wasn't done. The bottom line is, the scratch is still there. I had the vehicle inspected at a body shop; the cost of painting both doors is 2000 euros. Thanks to Garage Dugrillon.

Hello, on our way back from vacation, we took a detour to see a vehicle from the garage. Damien gave us a great welcome. We finally started the process of purchasing the car. We picked it up at the train station less than 10 days later to collect the vehicle from the garage. A big thank you to the workshop team who found the time to install the additional options we wanted. A very good experience, I highly recommend it 👍🏻

The entire staff is very friendly and dedicated. The breakdown service on the motorway was very professional, and the workshop perfectly understood the urgent nature of the repairs, allowing us to get home with our car. Absolutely no complaints about the service.
