UPDATE: 3 stars (added 2 stars but still penalized by the first visit)
Following my initial review, the garage addressed the problematic issues:
The parcel shelf controls were replaced and are now working.
The taillight (after heavy rain, it turned out the new one was leaking) was quickly replaced (I'm waiting for the next rain to check its watertightness).
An apology was offered regarding the condition of the loaner car.
The service was courteous upon our return, and the repairs were carried out thoroughly this time.
I appreciate the effort made to correct the problematic points.
It would be nice if comprehensive and meticulous service were the standard from the first visit, without having to leave a negative review, so that everything runs smoothly for customers.
However, I am leaving my initial review for transparency.

I picked up my car after it was repaired following an accident, and I am extremely disappointed.
The loaner car they gave me was in very poor condition: one window didn't work, a rear door wouldn't open, several buttons were missing, and the interior was filthy with debris on the floor. The manager's response? "It was either that or your feet."
The repair of my own car was problematic: before the work was done, one of the two small brackets that hold the parcel shelf was working. Afterward, neither of them works. A part has therefore been rendered less functional than before, which is unacceptable.
The price charged for a simple plastic reflector is extremely high (€42 + €8 tax), when the same part can easily be found online for less than €20.
I do not recommend this garage: lack of professionalism, overpriced parts, and shoddy repairs.

Satisfied is a small word compared to what I think.
I was very well received. The receptionist offered me coffee and a pain au chocolat.
BETTER RECEIVED THAN IN A HOTEL
My vehicle was repaired in less than three days (for a clutch) with a loaner vehicle.
I was able to resume my journey with my children.
