This is no longer a Peugeot dealer and garage, just a generic car dealer. There is a new Peugeot dealer and garage a few hundred meters away.

Having booked a VSL over a month ago for a very major outpatient operation in Toulouse, they started by warning me that they would call social security to verify that I had the authorization. They did so and stated that social security did not authorize me, which is false since I do have 100% coverage that I sent them. However, this morning when I was about to leave, and without any news from them, I saw no one arrive. I called and was told that there was no transportation planned and that I had supposedly been notified by email, which is false, even though I had reconfirmed and even offered to send the coverage a week ago. So I find myself having to call someone in a hurry to take me on such a long journey with no possibility of reimbursement, since the coverage was made for a VSL. I absolutely do not recommend this totally inhumane, unpleasant, and lying company.

My sister almost missed an important operation in Toulouse because of them. Directly affected because I was the one who had to replace the carrier at the last minute... Luckily, I live across the street from her, I was able to see her waiting for the vehicle and burst into tears when it didn't arrive... A month ago, when she had to call them (because their competitor, whom my sister usually uses, was fully booked for that day, much to her dismay...), she almost canceled everything because they were odious on the phone... She sent all the paperwork he requested (which the others never did, by the way). There was a phone confirmation a week ago; I was actually there... Anyway, this morning, no one came. She called them back to ask how late they were, and they're mad that they won't come... I'm outraged.

A huge thank you for taking the time to answer my questions about electronic problems with my Peugeot 3008, even though I'm not a customer of yours. Finally, a dealership that listens and has the technical expertise to find solutions so we can enjoy our holidays with peace of mind. It's so valuable these days, and outside the Paris region, it's a welcome change.

The mechanic was friendly, but it took him five months to diagnose the problem with our Peugeot! A real shame for a representative of the brand. And the final bill was exorbitant.
