My first negative review online. My Peugeot was serviced there. Double whammy: two weeks to diagnose a spark plug problem and an incredibly high bill to replace three spark plugs and ignition coils (€700). Literally double the quote from another garage, and even from a Peugeot affiliate in 2024. As for customer service at this garage: only one understanding contact out of three exchanges. I'm done with the Peugeot brand.

Following an inquiry and quote for a new vehicle, I would like to thank the sales representative, Mr. Lecour, for his invaluable advice and patience. My repeated calls and impromptu visits were always met with kindness. If I choose a vehicle from the Peugeot dealership in Guéret, I will certainly post another review, but for now, everything is impeccable. I highly recommend them.

Terrible after-sales service. To diagnose the warning light, Peugeot Gueret quoted me over a week's wait for an appointment (the car was purchased from them), while Peugeot Gouzon gave me an appointment for the very next day. It's great to sell, but their after-sales service should ensure customer loyalty.
