I want to share my experience that happened in September. Having been distracted, I put some AD BLUE in my diesel tank. I was leaving the next day for the south of France. So I called the former Chanoine garage, and to my surprise, the person on the other end of the line really looked down on me, telling me there was nothing we could do and it wasn't me who told you to put this product in your tank, even though I've been a Renault Chanoine customer since 1982. I really received a shock that day. So I hung up and called the Renault garage on the Rocade, and to my surprise, they told me they'd bring us the vehicle and we'll try to help you out. I picked up my vehicle that same afternoon and was able to leave for the south, where I still am. I thank the garage on the Rocade, the management, the staff, and the morality of the small agents have more professional conscience than the dealerships.
I highly recommend the garage on the Rocade for your repairs or purchases. They're really great and very attentive to their customers.
